La Bestia is a freight train that travels through Mexico, carrying goods from Central America to the United States. It is also known as "the Train of Death" or "the Beast" because many migrants use it as a means of transportation to cross the border into the US. The journey on top of the train is very dangerous, as the riders face the risk of falling off, being robbed, or attacked by gangs that prey on migrants.
